What is MedSort Health?
MedSort Health is a premium upgrade to medsort basic subscription. It adds additional services and functionality to complement the medication and allergy list functions
and adds features to allow you, the patient, create and manage a complete and
comprehensive personal health record. The following will describe the features
available through the basic and premium services:
Patients:
Basic Subscription: (Medication list and Allergy List Management System)
- Medication list generation using the state of the art medication database
- Create and manage your allergy list
- Interactive link to your physician
- Emergency access code; access your medication/allergy list any time from anywhere
using the Emergency Access Number
- Automatic fax feature: sends faxes automatically each time you update your medication list
- Real time fax status
- Manage your Pharmacies
- Manage your Physicians
- Link to pill picture and drug information directly from your medication list
Premium Subscription: (Complete personal health record system)
- State of the art drug Interaction Multi Checker
- Interaction Status Bar: automatically alerts you of potential drug interactions on your
MedList
- Send faxes immediately or schedule future faxes of your medication list
- Create and manage your diagnoses
- Create and manage your symptoms list
- Create and manage your surgeries and procedures
- Create and manage your immunization records
- Create and manage your labs
- Track and graph lab results
- Track and graph your vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, height, weight, etc...)
- Create and manage your imaging studies
- Store your blood type
- Health Journal: keep a diary about your health, symptoms, what was discussed at
the doctor's office or any other information pertaining to your health, organized
in chronological order

Physicians:
Basic Services:
- Link to your registered patients who have given you permission to access their medication list
- Ability to verify, add to, or mark medications incorrect on patient's medication list
- Ability to download a pdf version of patient's medication/allergy list
- Ability to view patients pharmacies (if entered by patient)
Enhanced Services:
- Ability to manually add your patients to your list
- Ability to create a medication list for manually added patients
- MedSort RxTM Service: Create, print, or fax prescriptions to patient's pharmacy
- State of the art drug interaction multi checker on your patients medication lis
- Drug interaction status bar: automatically updates and indicates
presence and count of potential interactions right from the medication list page
- Special merge code allowing your patients who register to merge/link their accounts
with the one you have created for them
- View/Enter Diagnostic and other health information for both your registered and manually entered patients

For physicians and healthcare providers, account enhancements are already included in your account. However, using
MedSort RxTM service will require a service agreement.
